TTMSolutions.net offers a 30 day return policy on selected items, subject to the return policies of the manufacturers we represent. All electronic licensing is non-returnable and non-refundable. Please call (770) 416-1234 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Further, TTMSolutions.net assumes no risk or responsibility for products returned without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number, product part number and nature of the problem. Merchandise returned to our facility prior to an RMA number being assigned will be returned to inventory and no credit will be given, or the unit will be returned to the customer (at customer's expense).
All equipment returned MUST be 100 percent complete. Complete is defined as all items being returned with ALL of the original boxes and packing materials, having their original UPC codes intact on the manufacturer boxes, containing all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. No product will be issued an RMA number if it has been opened unless explicit approval has been provided by the manufacturer.
NON-DEFECTIVE, unopened returns may be accepted directly by TTMSolutions.net within 30 days from the invoice date, at TTMSolutions.net's discretion for: credit, exchange, or refund. We offer 100% "in-store" credit on all returns or 80% cash back (20% restock fee applies to all cash back requests). Minimum return-processing fee for any refund or credit is $25.00.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to the manufacturer within 30 days from the invoice date for replacement, exchange or repair.
You, the customer, are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. TTMSolutions.net strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
If merchandise arrives damaged to you: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept a damaged package, make sure all externally visible damages are noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for TTMSolutions.net to file a damage claim. We recommend you take and retain photographs of the shipment. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in and notify TTMSolutions.net immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify TTMSolutions.net of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Any discrepancies with what you ordered and what was received must be brought to our attention within 3 business days of you receiving the order.
Software licenses cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless first authorized by the manufacturer. NOTE: Multiple licenses may not be returned beyond 30 days for any reason.
Licenses and activation codes are treated as software by the manufacturer. As such, they cannot be returned for a refund or credit.

Wrong product ordered

You are fully responsible for what you order. TTMSolutions.net cannot be held liable for products you purchase that do not work in your environment. We try to provide the latest information available to you but you should rely directly on the manufacturer's website for all of the details.

Pricing disclaimer

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, TTMSolutions.net reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product, pricing, or offers is subject to correction. We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, technical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TTMSolutions.net reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, TTMSolutions.net reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced products whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TTMSolutions.net will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Although Internet online processing generates an automatic confirmation and response via e-mail, TTMSolutions.net may make changes on pricing, product description, and/or specification, after the confirmation and prior to product shipment. Such changes are intended to cope with situations including, but not limited to, corrections to errors, changing market conditions, discontinuation and/or unavailability of products. TTMSolutions.net reserves the right to limit and prohibit any sale at its discretion.
